1) Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support:
o Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel.
o Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents, often of a confidential nature.
o Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
o Organize and maintain files and records.
• Office Management:
o Oversee office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
o Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
o Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring all items are invoiced and paid on time.
o Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
• Event Coordination:
o Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
o Arrange logistics for meetings, including venue booking, catering, and equipment setup.
• Project Management:
o Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for executive meetings.
o Track and follow up on ongoing projects and initiatives.
o Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making.
• Human Resources Support:
o Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.
o Maintain employee records and assist with HR-related inquiries and tasks.
