RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Act as a first point of contact for the CEO: deal with correspondence and phone calls
2. Manage CEO diaries and organizing his meetings and appointments.
3. Book and arrange CEO's travel, transport, and accommodation. Travelling with CEO when required.
4. Reminding the CEO and Executive Group of important tasks and deadlines
5. Prepare and reconciliate expenses for the CEO.
6. Manage CEO's databases and filing system.
Skills & knowledge Essential:
1. Excellent oral and written communication, with attentive listening abilities
2. Willingness to carry out administrative tasks.
3. Proven ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and cultures, strong relationship building skills and service-oriented attitude.
4. Proven ability to multi-task and keep track of several projects running in parallel.
5. Should have knowledge on Word, Excel etc.
