Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Vice Chairman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing executive-level support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Purpose of the position

1 .Manage the Vice Chairman's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

2.Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

3.Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Vice Chairman.

4.Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.

5.Track project progress and provide regular updates to the Vice Chairman.

6.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across different departments and teams.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the autocomponents industry.

3.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

4.Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
