Job Title: Executive Assistant
We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Help desk to provide high-level administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of the CEO's office. Responsibilities:
• Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
• Prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
• Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and minutes.
• Coordinate logistics for executive meetings, including room setup and catering.
• Maintain and organize files, records, and confidential information.
• Assist in document preparation, formatting, and proofreading.
• Ensure all documentation complies with company standards.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
• Prepare expense reports and process invoices for the CEO.
• Handle other administrative tasks to support the efficient functioning of the CEO's office.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, administrative support, Secretary, or similar role.
• Min 6months experience
• Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, email, calendar management, etc.).
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field preferred.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
