Key Responsibilities:
• Calendar Management: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events for
• executives, ensuring efficient time management.
• Communication: Act as the first point of contact for the executive, managing calls, emails,
• and correspondence.
• Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Travel Arrangements: Organize and coordinate travel, including booking flights,
• accommodation, and preparing itineraries.
• Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and
• correspondence.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, invoicing, and
• expense tracking.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate
• communication and deliverables.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.
