Roles And Responsibilities:
• Overseeing daily office operations, managing supplies and ensuring the smooth functioning of the workplace.
• Handling calls, emails, correspondence and often serving as a liaison between different departments or external contacts.
• Managing calendars, setting appointments, and organizing meetings for executives or teams.
• Maintaining records, filing, data entry and organizing paperwork.
• Assisting various departments or team members with administrative tasks, sometimes involving research or project support.
• Managing the hiring process, posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating new employee orientations.
• Addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work environment.
• Enforcing company policies, updating employee handbooks, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
• Organizing and coordinating training programs, performance evaluations and career development initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
