Role Overview:

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the CEO to focus on strategic priorities. You will act as a trusted partner, managing schedules, coordinating high-stakes communication, and ensuring smooth operations across various teams. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support

• Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and meetings, ensuring effective time management.
• Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for the CEO.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documentation as required.
• Take minutes during key meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.

Strategic Coordination

• Collaborate with various teams to gather information and provide the CEO with concise updates on key projects.
• Support the CEO in tracking and prioritizing strategic initiatives.

Communication

• Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, managing incoming emails, calls, and requests.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and clients, on behalf of the CEO.
• Ensure that communication between the CEO and the team is seamless and efficient.

Event and Meeting Coordination

• Plan and coordinate executive-level meetings, conferences, and events.
• Assist in organizing CEO participation in industry forums, startup pitch events, and media appearances.

Confidentiality and Discretion

• Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
• Serve as a gatekeeper, ensuring the CEO's focus remains on high-priority initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, MS Office, and project management platforms.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
