WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an enterprising individual who will provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner at ???? / SAADAA.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

• Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management for the MD
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain confidentiality.
• Organize team communications, plan events, and coordinate with different departments
• Refine internal processes to expedite workflow.
• Manage communication between management and employees.
• Prioritize executive priorities and uphold best practices.
• Act as office manager, overseeing supplies and filing.

WHO ARE YOU?

• 3 plus years of experience in administrative roles reporting directly to upper management
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with the aptitude to learn new software and systems
• Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
