Education - Master's in Business Administration/Graduate
Experience - min 10+ years of experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Write and distribute emails, and correspondence within and outside the company
• Domestic / International online sourcing search & communicating with departments
• Maintain Data & Lists of all the collaterals of the company
• Coordinate and maintain the calendar including organizing all appointments & meetings.
• Maintain strong follow-up systems for timely completion of projects/assignments and keep the Founder updated on any developments, and status reports related to ongoing projects and share follow-ups and follow-throughs with internal and external teams.
• Executing duties and responsibilities that are assigned from time to time to achieve the common goal of the organization.
• Processing admin related Bills, Inward and outward couriers, taking care of bank statements & Coordinate with accounts and other departments
• Booking & assisting with travel arrangements, which includes visa arrangements, ticket bookings, cab arrangements, hotel bookings, etc.
• Resolving issues & maintaining the smooth functioning of Office
• Should be high on integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality in day-to-day operations.
• Organizing and servicing meetings, social gatherings, and events.
• Remain up-to-date with the latest trends and events in the industry.
• Creating reports as and when required by the Founder.
• Stretched working hrs to finish assignments.
Skills Required
• Knowledge of office management activities, systems, and procedures
• Excellent English language command (written and verbal communication skills)
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Attention to detail, quick learning and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Strong administrative & organizational skills with multi-task ability.
• Strong conceptual thinker with strong analytical skills.
• Process-oriented: Demonstrable commitment to following processes, documentation etc
