Responsibilities:
• Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events. Prioritize and coordinate conflicting schedules to ensure optimal time management.
• Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel for the CEO and other leaders, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visa requirements. Ensure all travel logistics are seamless.
• Expense Reimbursement: Handle expense reports and reimbursements for the CEO and other leaders. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders. Communicate on behalf of the CEO, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
• Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong interpersonal skills to interact with senior executives, board members, and other key stakeholders.
• Leadership Support: Provide administrative support to other leaders within the organization.
• Coordination with Other Secretaries: Collaborate with other secretaries within the organization, especially those supporting C-suite executives, to ensure smooth cross-functional communication.
• Coordination of events : Collaborate with the admin and HR team on managing events for the organisation
