AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES * Some of your responsibilities will include: Research: Find relevant information on tools, processes, etc for the business. Word processing: Prepare reports, correspondence, and other written documents. Time & Work Management Appointment Setting: Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners. Calendar Management: Manage the CEO\'s calendar and set up meetings. To-Do List Management: Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner. Communications Call Screening: Manage daily phone calls and provide updates. Inbox Management: Filter out irrelevant emails and follow zero inboxes. Meeting follow-ups: Take minutes during meetings, assign them to the relevant person, and take timely follow-ups for execution. Quality Check: Proofread and edit internal and external communication documents like - memos, emails, presentations, and reports materials for accuracy, completeness, grammar, and format. Others Travel Management: Make travel and accommodation arrangements. Budget Management: Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly monthly or quarterly reports. Supply Management: Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory. Order items wherever necessary and stock them in proper places. General: Organise and maintain the office filing system. Requirements WORK EXPERIENCE Worked as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role. Work experience at a startup is preferable. EDUCATION Graduation degree. Additional degree / certification is a bonus. SOFTWARE AND APPLICATION Excellent MS Office knowledge. Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. Google apps, copy machines, etc). Qualities & Capabilities Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
