We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to manage the daily operations and assist the Managing Director in achieving the company's goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, have a proactive attitude, and be capable of handling confidential information with discretion and should be tech savvy.
Key Role:
• Assist the Managing Director with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
• Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Managing Director.
• Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
• Maintain an organized filing system and manage documentation.
• Act as a liaison between departments and external stakeholders.
• Support various projects and initiatives as requested by the Managing Director.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience as an executive assistant or in an administrative support role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software and new age software / apps.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?77,000.00 per month
