Job Description

Overview:The Executive Assistant to CEO plays a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling the CEO to focus on strategic tasks. This position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage a variety of tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage CEO's schedule, appointments, travel arrangements, and prioritize tasks
• Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication
• Prepare and coordinate meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-up actions
• Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations as needed
• Handle confidential information and maintain strict confidentiality
• Assist in special projects, strategic initiatives, and events planning
• Manage executive office budget and expenses
• Act as the liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
• Organize and maintain documents, filing systems, and databases
• Provide general administrative support and act as the point of contact for internal/external queries
• Coordinate and supervise other administrative staff
• Manage CEO's personal matters and miscellaneous tasks as required
• Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the CEO

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting C-level executives
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, G Suite, and other office management software
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles
• Experience in project management or event planning is a plus
• Discretion and trustworthiness due to the sensitive nature of the role
• Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues
• Flexibility and willingness to work outside regular hours when necessary

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
