Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate will take on routine tasks, enabling the CEO to focus on strategic planning, operations, and company growth. The Executive Assistant will be pivotal in enhancing the CEO's capability to expand the company effectively and efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

? Administrative Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings with Customers, HODs, and Suppliers. Coordinate customer visits.

? Communication Management: Handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including drafting emails, memos, and presentations.

? Document Handling : Maintain a systematic filing system to ensure the confidentiality and easy retrieval of corporate documents.

? Financial Oversight Assistance: Assist the CEO with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting. Ensure the CEO has accurate and up-to-date financial information for decision-making.

? Operational Support: Work with department heads to collect reports and data that inform the CEO's operational reviews and strategic planning.

? Performance Monitoring: Help in compiling and reviewing performance metrics, facilitating the CEO's analysis, and reporting to the Founder and Chairman.

? Risk Management Support: Aid in identifying potential business risks of people attritions, high or low stock levels, Increased customer complaints, continuous machinery breakdowns, etc and assist in the development of mitigation strategies.

? Talent Management Coordination: Support the CEO in managing talent, including scheduling performance reviews, monthly MRM, and facilitating interdepartmental cooperation.

? Sales and Marketing Liaison: Coordinate the integration of sales and marketing plans with the CEO's strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

? Enthusiastic Fresher with Bachelor's degree.

? Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

? Quick learner along with Strong written and verbal communication abilities

? Proficiency in office and productivity software, including Microsoft Office Suite.

? Ability to maintain discretion with sensitive company information.

? Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
