Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with 1-2 years of experience in the construction industry. Based in Gurgaon, the candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the executive team, managing and developing vendor relationships, and overseeing project execution across India. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, multitasking skills, and a keen understanding of the construction domain.

Key Responsibilities : Administrative Support :

• Manage the executive team's schedules, meetings, and travel plans.
• Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and track follow-ups.
• Handle sensitive and confidential correspondence on behalf of the executives.

Vendor Management :

• Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors.
• Negotiate terms and agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Project Execution Oversight :

• Track and report on project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure seamless execution of projects across various locations in India.
• Conduct periodic site visits to assess project status and resolve on-ground challenges.

Coordination and Reporting :

• Act as a bridge between the executive team, vendors, and project teams.
• Compile and present project reports, budgets, and updates to stakeholders.
• Support executives in preparing presentations and strategic documentation.

General Office Operations :

• Manage procurement of office supplies and oversee administrative functions.
• Coordinate logistics for site visits, team events, and training sessions.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in the construction industry, with exposure to vendor management and project execution.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
• Familiarity with construction processes, vendor negotiation, and project documentation.
• Willingness to travel across India as required.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
