This position plays a crucial role in supporting the CEO in various administrative and organizational tasks. Individual will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and assisting in special projects. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls, while prioritizing conflicting demands and ensuring optimal use of time.
• Communication Handling: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication on behalf of the CEO. Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics for the CEO, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and itinerary planning. Anticipate travel needs and ensure a seamless experience.
• Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and materials as needed. Attend meetings with the CEO, take accurate notes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
• Project Assistance: Assist the CEO in various special projects, research initiatives, and strategic initiatives. Contribute to project planning, data collection, analysis, and reporting as required.
• Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the CEO, including organizing files, managing documents, processing expenses, and other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, external partners, clients, and stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships, representing the CEO professionally and fostering positive collaboration.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.e in the digital landscape.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
