Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will be based in Delhi, possess exceptional communication skills, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. We are specifically looking for a female candidate who has a confident presence and can command attention in meetings and other professional settings. This role requires the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, present confidently in meetings, and maintain a good level of understanding in various business contexts.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

• Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CEO.

Meeting Coordination:

• Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
• Attend meetings on behalf of the CEO when required, ensuring effective communication and representation.

Project Management:

• Assist with the planning and execution of special projects as needed.
• Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.

Office Management:

• Oversee office operations and procedures, ensuring efficiency and organization.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment, and handle service and maintenance as required.

Confidentiality and Discretion:

• Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant internships or work experience is a plus.

Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
