Position: Executive Assistant to CEO Location: Permanent Work from Home Employment Type: Full-Time Shift Timing: US Shift (6:30 PM\xe2\x80\x934:30 AM) : The Virtual Executive Assistance will support the coordination between the Lead Sales / Account Manager, and Managing Partner. Main Tasks: 1. CRM Pipedrive: We use the CRM tool Pipedrive for leads management and tracking of the progress from the Lead \xc3\xa0 Deal cycle. Ideally, it would be great if you are familiar with the CRM tool, or we can get you up to speed rather quickly. We use CRM tools to coordinate the calendar, send emails and provide progress updates on the leads and their activities. 2. Calendar Management - Confirming participation from accepted calendar invites, making sure there is joining link Team / Zoom. confirming participants and inviting them to the calendar, utilizing tools like teams/ phone calls to follow up to ensure the acceptance. 3. Fielding basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer and scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and a Sr Sales Manager. 4. Build relationships with generated leads by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets 5. Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities. Contacting potential prospects through LinkedIn and emails. Presenting the company to potential prospects. Daily and Monthly Responsibilities :
