: Executive Assistant to AVP - Digital Campaigns
Brief KRAs:
1. Administrative Support:
1. Manage the AVP's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
3. Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the AVP.
2. Meeting and Event Coordination:
1. Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
2. Assist in planning and executing department events, workshops, and conferences
3. Project Assistance:
1. Support the AVP in the management and execution of digital campaign projects.
2. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for the AVP's use.
3. Track project timelines, deliverables, and provide updates as needed.
4. Communication and Liaison:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact between the AVP and internal/external stakeholders.
2. Ensure timely and accurate communication within the department and across other departments.
5. Confidentiality and Professionalism:
1. Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
2. Maintain professionalism in all interactions, representing the AVP and the department positively.
6. Office Management:
1. Manage office supplies and equipment for the department.
2. Ensure the office environment is organized and conducive to productivity.
3. Perform other duties as assigned to support the AVP and the Digital Campaigns department.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an executive assistant role, preferably supporting senior management in a marketing or digital campaigns environment.
3. Experience in project management and event coordination is highly desirable.
Skills:
1. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
2. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
