• Master Scheduler: Own the MDs calendar, coordinating meetings and travel
• arrangements (both domestic & international) with precision.
• Creative Presenter: Craft compelling PowerPoint presentations to articulate ideas
• and insights effectively.
• Event Architect: Plan, organize, and execute high-profile events, conferences, and
• travel logistics flawlessly.
• Social Media Manager: Oversee the Companys social media presence, creating
• and managing posts to enhance the brand image.
• Guardian of Confidentiality: Safeguard sensitive and confidential information,
• maintaining the highest standards of discretion.
• Operational Connector: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline
• processes and ensure operational harmony.

Education:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration / CS/ CA or related fields.
• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role supporting senior executives.
• Skills and Competencies:
• A flair for crafting impactful PowerPoint presentations.
• Proficiency in data analysis and research to support decision-making and strategic
• initiatives.
• Stellar written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are
• a bonus).
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Impeccable organizational skills and unwavering attention to detail.
• Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
• Coordination skills to bridge communication across departments seamlessly.
• Analytical and critical thinking abilities to anticipate the MDs needs and provide
