Job Description

Responsibilities & duties:

1. Plan and maintain MD's calendar and recurring tasks, arrange appointments, organise and set agendas and action points for all his meetings

2. Act as 'follow-up Manager' across the Board and Senior Leadership Team.

3. Type up notes, emails, presentations and reports; circulate and file information effectively

4. Collaborate effectively with all staff or clients.

5. Acting as a primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external parties. This includes screening and managing emails, calls, and other forms of communication, responding on behalf of the MD when necessary.

6. Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining organized records. This may involve preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for the MD.

7. Provide good relationship management with the client

Quali?cations

1. Having previous EA experience.

2. Maintain 100% confidentiality.

3. Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage conflicting priorities

4. Strong Microsoft Skills.

5. Accountable and committed to the task in hand.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels

7. An ability to manage time and workload efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ?15,000.00 per month
