This is a remote position. Executive Assistant
First Due, a leading SaaS technology company providing an end-to-end software platform for Fire and EMS agencies, is searching for a flexible, motivated, and organized executive assistant to support our C-Suite team. This persons well-rounded background with prior experience in supporting C-Suite tech leaders will help them jump in from day one and support our busy team in a fast-paced company experiencing outstanding year-over-year growth.
The Role
As First Dues Executive Assistant, you will:
Partner with the C-Suite to support day-to-day business operations
Maintain a heavy calendar of appointments with various demands and priorities, meetings and deadlines.
Manage multiple email boxes, working with leaders to build a filing and response system for a high-traffic email address.
Ingest a high level of time-sensitive, confidential and complex information and ensure the appropriate action is taken.
Assist with travel arrangements both domestic and international as well as lodging, and meal planning as needed.
Prepare and submit expense reports.
Support additional tasks as requested by the team.
The Executive Assistant must enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment and display the ability to exercise sound judgment, learn the business, and provide best-in-class service to internal and external customers alike. The Executive Assistant must be able to work independently on projects and deliver a wide variety of activities.

Requirements
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in similar roles, ideally supporting more than one leader simultaneously in a remote environment
Experience in a SaaS tech company ideal
Ability and experience working in a fully remote, multi-time zone organization
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Teams
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
High ability to pivot and adapt; thrive in a fast-paced growth environment
Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across the organization
Expert level written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
