  • Be the custodian of all the data relating to the central events involving MD. .
  • Taking care of meetings as directed by the Managing Director.
  • Knowledge of Excel
Job Responsibility: -1. Coordinates calendar, travel, meeting, and schedule arrangements for the MD and business partners.2. Day to day planning and organization of the Managing Director\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xe2\x84\xa2s diary.3. Set up meetings and appointments, organizing venues and hospitality for MD\'s visitors.4. Participate in Business review meetings & keep track of open issues/ points of all functional heads.5. Document minutes of all meetings as directed by the Managing Director.6. Undertake mailings and communication as directed by the Managing Director.7. Prepare presentations for Gabriel\'s corporate materials and documents.8. Coordinate with plants and IT Team for executing MD Communication Meet.9. Support the Managing Director in the preparation and presentation of reports, proposals, budgets and related activities by preparing relevant back-up data for decision making10. Act as the POC for Anand Corporate Communications team on outdoor Gabriel branding, provide data for Anand Interaction.11. Liasion with Legal & Secretarial team and Anand Corporate for publication of Annual Report and conducting AGM.12. Prepare for quarterly Board Meetings, Annual Strategy Meet, AEC/AMC/LSIP/back up for ASB as required.13. Be the custodian of all the data relating to the central events involving MD.14. Under the guidance of the Managing Director, ensure Gabriel\'s corporate methods for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness and impact of Gabriel\'s strategic initiatives and the impact of investments that Gabriel makes are applied.Cost to company: 18 LPA(Fixed+Variable)
