Job Title: Executive Assistant / Project Manager Company: LLA (Labour Law Advisor) is India\'s #1 most viewed finance youtube channel. Core responsibilities will include: Project management - Maintain task lists, follow up on delegated actions, and drive projects to completion. Provide status updates and flag risks/issues in a timely manner. Deliverable ownership - Take ownership of preparing team materials, presentations, and other deliverables while meeting tight deadlines. Calendar management - Proactively schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Research and administration - Conduct research, prepare presentations and reports, handle expense reports and other routine administrative tasks efficiently. Communication - Communicate critical information clearly across clients, team members and leadership. Escalate issues appropriately. This is a full-time role based in Shyam Nagar, Jaipur with a hybrid onsite/remote schedule. The compensation range is CTC 2.4-3.6 LPA basis skillset & prior experience.
