Core Responsibilities
• Organising and maintaining diaries and making business and personal appointments.
• Acting as gate-keeper, dealing with incoming emails and correspondence, phone calls and often communicating on behalf of the manager
• Liaising with clients and extended team at the office
• Arranging travel, visas and accommodation/Handling itineraries
• Preparation and briefing before meetings
• Attending meetings and taking minutes
• Conduct research and compile information for projects and presentations.
• Conducting research, producing documents, briefing papers, reports and creating presentations
• Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and social functions, including logistics and catering.
• Basic administration, including data management, accounts and filing.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

• Proven previous work experience
