Position : Executive Assistant
Location : Panaji
Experience : - Min 06 months to 01 year
Requirements:
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Good organisational capabilities and a multitasker
-Must have her own vehicle and driving license
Responsibilities:
-Coordinate the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
-Manage emails, calls, and draft communications to ensure seamless correspondence
-Prepare agendas, minutes and follow up on action items for CEO-led meetings. Ensure the CEO is fully informed and prepared.
-Oversee special projects and manage key venture events as required
-Organize and securely maintain confidential files, contracts, and essential documents for easy access
-Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external contacts on behalf of the CEO.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
