We are looking for a candidate for our client with minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in top rated companies in the Agriculture and allied industry. Technical and business knowledge in agri business operations (Vegetables, cereals crop, field crop, chemical, agri inputs, app based application) for scale up of business will be preferable. Do project study and support to management for development of new business model related to agriculture. Effective communication. Experience in field of Digital transformation, Executive Assistant, App development & dissemination, Agri or rural E commerce, Coordinator, MIS etc.
? Responsibilities: -
1. Act as the first point of contact for Director and maintain the effective working of his office.
2. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and adherence to policies and procedures.
3. Manage diaries by scheduling, prioritising, and managing appointments, travel arrangements and papers for meetings
4. Ensure that cyclical and management deadlines for MIS, reports, reviews, budgets are met.
5. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seek out new sales opportunities.
6. Collection of market intelligence and market feedback from the respective field force.
7. Identification of new markets in key area. Development of newer business opportunities and newer distribution channels.
8. Establish and nurture social media connections with key players and decision makers of existing and prospective business accounts, Market and capture their interest in the products and services offered by the company.
9. Managing correspondence, track incoming and outgoing correspondence and ensure replies are produced within the required timeframe.
10. Read and prioritise incoming correspondence and prepare draft responses as appropriate.
11. To provide effective and efficient high-level executive support including the prioritisation of work, diary management, meetings management and communication, document production as per the directions.
12. Maintain effective communication and working relationships with key partners and stakeholders at an operational level ( the organisation's senior management team and key internal and external stakeholders).
13. Undertake business research and other activities as required.
14. Attend specific meetings and take notes, draft minutes and action recommendations as required.
