We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Marketing Assistant & Personal Assistant (PA) to provide direct support to our Director. This dual-role position requires someone who is adept at both managing marketing-related tasks and handling administrative duties with discretion and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential matters with the utmost care.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Support:
• Assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research, analyze trends, and present actionable insights.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to prepare promotional materials and presentations.
• Help manage the company's online presence, including website updates, social media content, and email marketing.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives and generate regular reports.
• Organize and coordinate events, trade shows, and other marketing-related activities.
• EXCELLENT FOLLOW UP SKILLS.
Executive & Personal Support:
• Act as the first point of contact for the Director, handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
• Manage the Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Handle personal errands, tasks, and occasional family-related matters for the Director.
• Assist with special projects, presentations, and reports as requested by the Director.
• Manage confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Discretion, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
Salary:
Anywhere between Rs 12,000/- to 20,000/

Staying 45 mins travelling time from the workplace.
