Here's a Bit More About What We're Looking For-

• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Serve as the point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Remember and acknowledge important dates (birthdays, anniversaries) with appropriate gestures.
• Ensure high-level customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate corporate events, meetings, and conferences.
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and equipment setup.
• Handle travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Screen and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate parties.
• Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of executives.
• Maintain an efficient flow of information between all levels of the organization.
• Project Management:
• Assist in special projects and initiatives as needed.
• Provide support in project planning, execution, and follow-up.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
• Flexibility and Availability:
• Be available to handle urgent tasks and requests as they arise.
• Adapt to changing priorities and perform other duties as assigned.

What will set this person apart :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse range of people.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be coachable and open to feedback.

The role will be in person from Monday to Friday in our Bandra West office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
