1. •Administrative Support•: Managing the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handling correspondence and phone calls, and often being the first point of contact for the executive.
2. •Communication Management•: Drafting and preparing reports, presentations, and documents. Facilitating internal and external communication on behalf of the executive.
3. •Meeting Coordination•: Organizing and preparing for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics such as venue and equipment. Taking minutes and following up on action items.
4. •Project Management•: Assisting with or leading projects, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is reported to the executive.
5. •Confidentiality•: Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
6. •Problem-Solving•: Acting as a gatekeeper, making decisions about who gets access to the executive and what information the executive receives. Solving problems and making decisions within authorized scope.
7. •Liaison Role•: Acting as a liaison between the executive and other staff members or external contacts, effectively communicating the executive's directives and expectations.
8. •Personal Assistance•: Depending on the executive's needs, the role may also include personal assistant duties such as managing personal appointments or family-related matters.
