Coordinate with the director: communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients.
Prepare internal and external official documents.
Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
Making an entry of visiting cards in the system.
Required Skills and Exp:
1) Excellent verbal and written communication.
2) Minimum 3 years.
3) Good Analytical skills with grasp on excel/PowerPoint
4) Preparation of MIS report
