Manage & maintain Managing Director/Management's electronic diary, To do List, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary Process Managing Director's correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt Maintain Managing Director's office systems, including Contacts, data management and filing documents When and as reuired, Complete Back office work right from Offer to Dispatch and after sales Service Chasing responses, triggering follow-up action.
Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the Managing Director Preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.
Maintain reports related to new order bookings.
Ability to maintain complete client information along with booking details in Sales databank Prepare correspondence on behalf of the Management, including the drafting of general replies.
Minute general meetings as required and complete research on behalf of the Management/Managing Director Attaining certain and specific goals in generating leads, lead qualification, marketing communication, building brand image and conversion of the leads Marketing of digital products such as websites and mobile applications in both ways - Online and Offline.
It includes giving ideas for printed materials such as brochures and posters as well as executing online marketing campaigns Using Digital Marketing strategies for marketing a product, whether digital or not.
This includes online adverts, viral Youtube videos or any online marketing campaign Monitoring the performance of campaigns and other marketing efforts, evaluating them and taking proper measures to improve the performance.
Manage projects and follow-up with team members where required.
100% Follow up and monitor the progress on action items decided in the meetings and expediting their resolution.
