Technical Skill:
? Handling and supervising Internal Audit of one vertical.
? Perform and control audit activity from generation of observation to implementation of control in system.
? Continuous monitoring material activity and transaction.
? Identify loopholes & cost saving area and implement controls to cop up.
? Any other activities specifically assigned by supervisor.
? Discussed with process owner and HOD for finalization and implementation of observation.
Work
1. Drafting of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and polices in consultation with the process owner and assisting in implementation within the organization.
2. Assisting in identifying the control lapses, risk areas etc. and suggest on corrective measures
3. Regular Audit regarding the adherence to the Policy and SOPs by the respective departments to ensure systematic control and accountability.
4. Periodic verification of Assets, Inventories etc.
5. Continuous review and suggestion to the Management for improvement in;
a. o Master Management (Customer, Vendor, Item, BOM etc.)
b. o All major Contracts
c. o Order Controls (Sales, Purchase etc.)
d. o Discounts / Rebates etc. to Vendor / Customer
e. o Movement of Materials (Including RGP, NRGPs, Transportation etc.)
f. o Aging of Inventory, Receivables, Payables, Advance to Suppliers etc.
g. o Long Term Contracts and settlement with Vendor / Customer / Employee etc.
h. o Liquidated Damage waiver / payment etc.
i. o Production and Process losses
j. o Post project analysis - Benefits / pay-back etc.
Requirements
Experience -
3 to 5 year post qualification in Internal audit (most preferably in medical device and pharmaceutical company) in manufacturing company.
Qualification -
CA Intern / CMA
Having experience to work on -
SAP ECC6.00
Good control over Excel, PPT and word
General IT knowledge
