Executive / Assistant Manager \xe2\x80\x93 F&B Service with experience in specialty restaurants:

  • Oversee daily operations of the F&B service department in a specialty restaurant setting.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, and hygiene are maintained.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for service and guest interactions.
  • Monitor and manage restaurant inventory, supplies, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food and beverage service.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Implement marketing and promotional activities to increase restaurant patronage.
