Executive Assistant
Location: Hebbal, Bangalore
Work schedule: Mon- Sat (10 AM - 7 PM)
• Administrative Support to CEO
Manage CEO's calendar, meetings, travel, and correspondence.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Procurement Management
Oversee procurement, vendor selection, and order tracking.
Negotiate contracts and ensure timely invoicing.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Build relationships with vendors and coordinate logistics.
Resolve procurement-related issues.
• Project Coordination
Track project progress and provide regular updates to the CEO.
Organize meetings and follow up on deliverables.
• Process Improvement
Identify and implement administrative and procurement workflow improvements.
Qualifications:
Languages: English, Hindi, Kannada
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably with exposure to procurement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?35,000.00 per month
