Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Bangalore
Job Summary: The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, handling a wide range of tasks and responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is able to anticipate the needs of the executives, manage multiple priorities, and operate with a high degree of confidentiality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
• Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
• Conduct research and gather information for executive decision-making.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executives.
• Monitor and manage expenses, including processing invoices and expense reports.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
