Job Overview:



Navraj Group is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Director. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator, a problem solver, and possess strong organizational skills to efficiently manage the Director's schedule, correspondence, and day-to-day operations. This role offers a great opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Calendar Management:

Schedule and manage the Director's calendar, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements are planned effectively.

Travel Coordination:

Organize and manage travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, transportation, and itineraries, especially for business trips.

Communication:

Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other communication, ensuring that important matters are addressed promptly.

Meeting Support:

Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items. Prepare relevant documents and reports for meetings.

Document Preparation:

Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other business documents as required by the Director.

Project Management:

Assist with key projects, follow up on deadlines, and ensure timely execution of initiatives.

Confidentiality:

Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive company matters, including communications, reports, and internal documents.

Vendor and Client Liaison:

Act as a point of contact for internal and external parties, coordinating with clients, partners, and vendors on behalf of the Director.

Miscellaneous Support:

Provide general administrative support, including managing expenses, organizing events, and other tasks as required by the Director.

Qualifications & Skills:



Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior management. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to travel with the Director as needed. Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.

Educational Requirements:



Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Additional certifications in office management or business administration are a plus.
