Job Description

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Gurugram

Experince: 2+ years

Notice Period : immediate Joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel as required.
• Prioritize appointments and ensure efficient time management.
• Screen and prioritize incoming communications (calls, emails, and mail).
• Draft, proofread, and send correspondence on behalf of the executive.
• Serve as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes during meetings.
• Ensure follow-up on action items and ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
• Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to important documents.
• Assist with special projects, providing research, data analysis, and organizational support.
• Conduct research as needed and prepare summaries or recommendations for the executive.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
• Coordinate office supplies and equipment for the executive's office.
• Handle various administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office systems.

Qualifications:

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office software and productivity tools (e.g., Google Suite, Slack, Zoom).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels of the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
