We are currently seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Director. The Executive Assistant will play a vital role in managing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the MD's office.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Managing Director's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Screen and prioritize incoming communications, such as emails, calls, and visitors, ensuring efficient handling and timely responses.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as requested by the Managing Director.
• Coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and action items.
• Conduct research and provide necessary information for decision-making and business development initiatives.
• Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Assist in organizing corporate events, conferences, and client engagements, including logistics, arrangements, and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective coordination and seamless execution of tasks and projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior-level executives.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate needs.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
