We are looking for an experienced executive assistant who can provide high level administrative support to the executive team, ensuring the efficient operation of the office and supporting decision-making processes. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast -paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Focus on the founder and company calendar:
2. Focus on Daily Activity Report and Focus Area check:
3. Focus on data driven activity (All minutes of meeting)
4. Focus on Coordination in exhibition and launching event.
5. Focus on Organise sales team and salesman DOM (Online and offline) as per requirement:
6. Focus on Weekly Meetings at showroom Gallery.
7. Focus on Remove Junk Activities from Founder.
Qualification:
• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred,
• Experience: Minimum of 1or more years' experience with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent MS-Office knowledge
• Outstanding organisational and Time Management skill.
• Writing communication Improvement
• Communication skills
• Vey good with Coordination with all departments.
• Learning Attitude.
