About the Role As an Executive Assistant, you'll be a pivotal member of our team, supporting the efficient operation of our organization. You'll be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including planning, communication, and procurement. Key Responsibilities
• Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage executive schedules and calendars.
• Event Planning: Plan and organize meetings, conferences, and events.
• Documentation: Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Administrative Tasks: Draft and prepare documents, reports, and presentations. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Procurement: Manage procurement processes, including sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, and placing orders. Track and monitor vendor performance.
• Office Support: Provide general administrative support, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. Manage office supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role.
• Organization: Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Time Management: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-Oriented: Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Problem-Solving: A proactive and problem-solving approach.
