Key Responsibilities:
• Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage executive schedules and calendars.
- Event Planning: Plan and organize meetings, conferences, and events.
- Documentation: Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Administrative Tasks: Draft and prepare documents, reports, and presentations. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Procurement: Manage procurement processes, including sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, and placing orders. Track and monitor vendor performance.
- Office Support: Provide general administrative support, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. Manage office supplies and equipment.
