Job Title : Executive Assistant (Personal Assistant to Manager)

Experience : 2-6 Years

Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our Manager in managing daily responsibilities efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who can multitask effectively, maintain confidentiality, and be proactive in addressing the Manager's needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administrative Support :
• Manage the Manager's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
• Organize and prepare documents for meetings, presentations, and reports.
• Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters, on behalf of the Manager.
• Travel and Event Management :
• Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including bookings, itineraries, and accommodations.
• Assist in organizing events, conferences, or workshops as needed.
• Task Management :
• Maintain and prioritize a task list to ensure deadlines are met.
• Follow up on assignments and projects to track progress and completion.
• Personal Assistance :
• Handle personal tasks for the Manager when required, including managing personal schedules or errands.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all personal and professional dealings.
• Communication and Coordination :
• Act as the point of contact between the Manager and internal/external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Experience : 2-6 years as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical Skills : Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Organization : Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Professionalism : High level of discretion, confidentiality, and integrity.
• Adaptability : Ability to handle unexpected tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
