Keeping track of meetings, appointments, and deadlines for the employer.
Handling correspondence, answering phone calls, and responding to emails on behalf of the employer.
Assisting with paperwork, filing, data entry, and other administrative duties.
Researching and compiling information for reports, presentations, or projects.
Running errands, shopping, and taking care of personal matters for the employer.
Acting as a liaison between the employer and other staff members, clients, or business contacts.
Handling unexpected situations and finding solutions to problems as they arise.
Maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion regarding the employer's personal and professional matters.
Assisting with any other tasks or projects as needed by the employer.
Comfortable with making PPTS, Maintaining Excel sheet, Writing Emails and ApplicatioApplications.
