Job Summary:
The Process Coordinator will manage sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of goods and services, while also supporting executives with administrative tasks. The role ensures cost-effectiveness, supplier relationships, and timely delivery, adhering to company policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source, negotiate, and procure goods and services.
• Maintain supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide administrative support to executives (scheduling, emails, communication).
• Organize office supplies and handle documentation.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in office software and emailing.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Education and Experience:
• Any Graduate (Female candidates only).
• Prior experience in procurement or administrative support is a plus.
Salary:
Rs. 8,000/- to Rs. 12,000/-
