Roles and Responsibilities of EA :
- Managing and maintaining executives' schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
- Acting as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handling correspondence and communications, including emails, phone calls, and other inquiries.
- Conducting research and preparing reports, presentations, and documents for executives.
- Providing administrative support, such as drafting letters, managing files, and processing expenses.
- Anticipating the needs of executives and proactively addressing them.
- Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously, often under tight deadlines.
- Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Collaborating with other members of the administrative team to ensure smooth operations within the organization.
Required Skills :
- Should be proficient in MS Excel
- Should have good knowledge in Data Analytics
- Should be comfortable with Travelling
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Preferred background would be in E-Commerce or Manufacturing in Women's Apparels.
