FunctionEmerging Mobility Business UnitPay BandE4 to M2RoleAs a EA, you'll report to CBO-EMBU and will be a part of EMBUA purpose driven role for youThe incumbent will be responsible for acting as a key primary contact for the CBO's Office and his key representative(s). He/she will be responsible for supporting the CBO in his day to day activities and will also act as a facilitator of executive decisions.A Day in the lifeAct as a primary point of contact for the CBO's office, his key representative and facilitator of executive decisions
Develop external & internal relationships to increase efficiency and responsiveness in addition to interacting with key influencers and decision makersTo act as an interface between the CBO and other stakeholders and thereby ensuring effective stakeholder management
Managing the CBO's calendar keeping in mind organizational priorities and aligning them with CBO's availability.
Manage expenses, travel schedules for the CBO
Transport Management
Organizing special visits, celebrations and events etc.
System and process management
Legal agreement compliance with all party
Facilitate communication between the CBO and the staff across all levels demonstrating approachability, openness, confidentiality and trust
EMT Calendar. Collating and careful monitoring and then incorporating in CBO's calendar
Communicate to all stakeholders regarding different meetings.
Taking advise from the CBO and responding to all queries.
Maintain and update databases, contacts, repository for meetings etc.
Arranging internal and external meetings.
To act as an interface between Chairman and other stakeholders and thereby ensuring effective stakeholder management
Raise and maintain PO
Procurement ManagementLeading key/special/strategic ProjectsStrategize, lead and execute certain key/special projects independently as per the requirement
Develops communication strategies and materials to align with business objectives.
Coordinates media relations and public appearances.
