Position Summary:



As an

Executive Assistant at Meena Bazaar

, you will be the right hand to our top leadership. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing communication, organizing critical tasks, and acting as a bridge between departments and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage the calendar and schedule of the CEO/Managing Director, ensuring efficient time management. Coordinate internal and external meetings, business travel, store visits, and events. Prepare and organize business reports, presentations, and internal communications. Handle confidential documents with discretion and maintain data integrity. Follow up on key projects, tasks, and deadlines across departments. Act as a liaison between the executive office and other teams, vendors, and partners. Support in managing and organizing fashion events, launches, and promotional campaigns. Maintain a thorough understanding of ongoing business activities, store operations, and retail goals. Assist with personal tasks and errands, as required, in a professional capacity. Schedule and Meeting Management for Partners and Stakeholders. Arranging virtual meetings, manage executives calendars and setup meetings, Answering phone calls, replying to emails and managing the data in google sheet Make travel and accommodation arrangements. Record-keeping and Data Management. Oversee the performance of other clerical staff. Independently prioritizes, follows up on multiple issues and concerns raised to Partner, including those of Sensitive and confidential nature. Determine appropriate course of action or response. Conduct research,analyse data, and prepare reports. Monthly Team Performance Metrics Web Research and Report Preparation Maintain an organized filling system for all important documents, contracts and agreements papers. Internal Followup with team members & complete the assigned task Handling Partner's Expenses as well as investments.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Fashion Management, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role, preferably in the retail or fashion sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email/calendar management tools. Ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all times. A proactive, go-getter attitude with a deep sense of responsibility.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?24,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
