Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support, ensuring seamless communication and operations within the executive office. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and professional individual capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support:
• Manage the calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain and organize records, files, and key documents.
• Strategic Coordination:
• Coordinate meetings with internal teams and external .
• Take meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Assist with strategic planning and project management as required.
• Communication Management:
• Act as a liaison between the ED Office and other departments, staff, and external partners.
• Handle confidential information with utmost integrity.
• Problem-Solving:
• Proactively resolve issues.
• Adapt quickly to changes in priorities and deadlines.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of [1-2 years] experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
