Job Summary :
Provide high-level administrative support to the HR Head, handling scheduling, travel, and correspondence. Assist with HR project coordination, manage confidential documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage calendar, appointments, and communications for the HR Head.
• Coordinate HR projects, prepare reports, and handle cross-functional communication.
• Maintain confidential HR records and support policy compliance.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Discretion with sensitive information and proficiency in MS Office.
